Thermowells |
 |
| In 2006, Pyromation expanded our manufacturing capabilities
to add a thermowell line including threaded, flanged, drilled, and weld-in designs. Thermowells are used to protect temperature
sensing elements from the corrosion and pressure in industrial applications. When installed directly into the process, thermowells
facilitate sensor replacement by eliminating the need to interrupt the process flow to perform maintenance functions. Thermowells
are available in a variety of materials, process connection sizes, lengths and with optional lagging extensions. Pyromation also
offers sanitary thermowells for use in food, pharmaceutical and chemical processing where contamination is a concern. |

Hazardous Location Sensors |
 |
| Pyromation now offers CSA and FM approved assemblies for use in
U.S. and Canadian hazardous locations where fire or explosion hazards exist. They are designed to extinguish flames inside the device
eliminating the potential for ignition of flammable mixtures in the surrounding atmosphere. RTD and thermocouples assemblies are
available in fixed element and spring-loaded designs with or without thermowells. Fixed Element assemblies, dependant on connection
head type, meet XP Class I, Division I, Groups A, B,C and D; DIP Class II, Division I, Groups E,F,G and Class III, Division I.
Spring-loaded assemblies, dependant on connection head type, meet XP Class I, Division I, Groups B,C and D; DIP Class II, Division I,
Groups E,F,G and Class III, Division I. |

Series 642 HART® Field Temperature Transmitter |
 |
| A new addition to our transmitter product line, our Series 642
HART® PC programmable Field Transmitter is a two-wire transmitter with analog output. It has measurement input for resistance
thermometers (RTD) in 2, 3, or 4-wire connection, thermocouples, resistance and voltage. Available with or without a digital display, the
unit can be programmed with a PC or a HART® protocol handheld communicator (275/375). The backlit LC display indicates the
current measured value numerically and as a bar graph with limit value violation indicator. The Series 642 is approved by FM and CSA for
Intrinsically Safe and Non-Incendive applications. It is available in General Purpose or Explosion Proof aluminum housings. |
